Color Set

                                                            Blog Post #21

I honestly feel like I had a harder time trying to fit all of the pictures in the collage boxes then actually taking the pictures. since our campus is brown and gold, I used the "gold" stuff on campus because in reality it's yellow and not gold.

For each picture, explain in detail how you came up with the idea for the composite, how you took each pictures, what you had problems with when shooting, how you overcame those problems, what worked well in photoshop and what presented a challenge

Float

Blog Post #19

In this photo, I just had Jeana stand on a chair, then move it and get out of the picture. I didn't really have any problems actually taking the picture. The only problem I had was when I went into Photoshop and had a hard time masking the chair out since her foot was flat on the chair. I personally do not like the tripods, but I guess they come in handy.

This picture took me the whole 45 minutes I was outside to take. I don't like how the building is in the background and how her feet are really blurry. she had to jump like 50 times before we got the picture.

This is my Favorite Picture because

Zombie Apocalypse

Blog Post #18

The First thing you would need to survive a zombie apocalypse, in my opinion, is clean water. Fiji water is supposed to taste better or be better for you or something like that so I choose that as my water source. In total honesty, I choose it because I like the design of the bottle. I took this on a really cloudy day, so there's kind of a shadow on the bottle.

The second thing I would save in a zombie apocalypse is cell phones, so I could see who else was alive and where there were "zombie hotspots" so I could avoid those places. I would also save cell phones so I could keep my social media up to date so people could keep track of where I am so when I die because lack of oxygen to the brain they can come find me and have me a proper funeral. After thinking this out, in order for cell phones to work, you also need cell phone towers and the zombies will probably knock them down.

The Person I would save in the zombie Apocalypse is Vanessa because she would become friends with all the zombies and give them all makeup tips and have them jam out to trap music. Also she would keep me company.
In the Apocalypse, I would want to save the Fire Station / The Police Station. There are plenty of weapons/ gadget things, cells to lock the dead zombies in (just in case there still alive), And super rad cop cars that you can run zombies over with. And you can't forget about all the donuts police keep in their offices. There's also spare clothes and walkie talkies, and who doesn't like walkie talkies?

Inner Child

                  Blog Post #17

I really like this picture i captured of Vanessa because she legitimately looks confident and very happy with herself.

Again , this is another one of my favorites because this looks like a real emotion, which is shocked, and it doesn't look like she was forced to make that expression, so I think it turned out really nice.

Questions

I mean it was pretty easy to work with Vanessa because she's comfortable with me and she's pretty photogenic. However, getting the exact same location and the correct lighting settings for all 20 photos was pretty challenging I do have to say.

Me and Vanessa are pretty close so there wasn't really any awkwardness, it was more staying serious long enough to snap the picture. I had a hard time staying serious long enough while making a really dumb pose.

When taking pictures of someone else, I would say to make sure you don't make them feel insecure about certain features that aren't there best, because it's bad to make your model uncomfortable.

Panning

Blog post #14

The thing about these cameras is they want to focus everything so the pictures didn't turn out to look like they were actually panning. I really hate these pictures to be honest because there really sucky.

I feel this was the most successful picture I took because it looks the most blurred , but the subject (the car) is in focus. I just find panning really weird to be honest because its like u have to move the camera when ur subject moves.

This is my favorite Picture because this is my BFFL and she's such a model. my pictures didnt blur because i didnt pan right and this is really upsetting.

Shutter Speed

Blog Post #13

For this photo, I used 1/2000 shutter speed and the photo came out. in order to get this photo I had to have the model keep jumping like a million times before I got the actual picture.

The camera was on auto when I took this picture so I don't really remember what the shutter speed was on . In order  to get this photo I had to lay on the ground and have someone stand over me and just let all these berries fall. we had to do this about 6 times before we even go the shot.

I cant remember the shutter speed or aperture that these last two photos were set on .
If I could make a guess I would say probably 1/2000 shutter speed because the sunject was moving really fast .

Now this shot is pretty blurry ,but this is my favorite jumping shot .
